½ CUP BAKING COCOA
1 ½ t. CINNAMON
1 t. baking powder
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
2 LARGE EGGS
¾ CUP plain yogurt
¼ cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 CUPS ZUCCHINI SHREDDED

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
GREASE 13 X 9 BAKING PAN

IN LARGE BOWL WHISK FIRST SEVEN INGREDIENTS
IN SMALLER BOWL WHISK EGGS, YOGURT OIL AND VANILLA. ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE, STIR JUST UNTIL BLENDED.
STIR IN THE ZUCCHINI
POUR INTO BAKING PAN AND BAKE FOR 25 – 30 MINUTES
