3 Egg Yolks
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 c. Scalded Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs yolks, then beat in all the other ingredients except for milk & vanilla. Once mixed together scald milk & bring to boil until it thickens, add vanilla, let cool completely before pouring to a pre baked pie shell.

Slice Bananas(add Fruit Fresh to keep bananas from getting brown in a bowl) place on top of pie & add cool whip
