¼ c. butter, softened
½ c. packed brown sugar
2 T. sugar
1½ t. grated orange peel
3 egg whites
1 c. canned pumpkin
¼ c. light corn syrup
2 T. molasses
1¼ c. cake flour
1 t. soda
½ t. baking powder
½ t. cinnamon
½ t. ginger
¼ t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter, sugars, and orange peel.
Add egg whites one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
Beat in the pumpkin, corn syrup and molasses until blended. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt.
Add to pumpkin mixture, beating on low speed until moistened.
Pour into greased 8 in. baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
