Devil's Food Cake mix, prepared as directed and baked in a 9x13" pan. Allow to cool completely.
Large tub whippy.
1/4 to 1/3 cup Kahlua (plus an extra shot glass to sip while making)
2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix- prepared
6 Heath Bars (frozen) or crushed chocolate toffee

In a large clear bowl, break up 1/2 of the cake into bite sized pieces and layer on the bottom. Drizzle half of the Kahlua over the cake, being especially careful not to lose a single drop. Spread half the prepared chocoloate pudding over the cake layer, then half the whippy over the pudding. Sprinkle half the toffee chips over the whippy. Start another layer of cake, Kahlua, pudding, whippy, and toffee. Keep chilled until ready to be served and stand back as the crowd descends.
