1 c softened Butter
1 c white sugar
1 c packed Brown Sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Hot water
1/2 tsp Salt
3 c all-purpose Flour
2 c chocolate chips semi sweet
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together: butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth
Beat in eggs 1 @ time- stir in Vanilla, Dissolve baking soda in " hot water" add baking soda to the batter along with salt.
Stir in flour and chocolate chips

Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet

Bake 10 min or until edges are brown
