Sausage Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

2 lbs. hot breakfast sausage
1 (30 oz.) frozen bag of shredded hash browns
1/2 cup chopped pepper and onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
8 eggs
sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Mix together the flour, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt on a plate or shallow bowl.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat.

Dredge the chicken breasts on the flour mixture, turning the coat evenly.

Place chicken in the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until done.

Remove chicken from the pan and place on a plate with a cover to keep warm till all breasts are done.

Melt butter in the pan and whisk in the lemon juice, add more salt if you want more taste.

Spoon the sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with parsley and serve
