2 quarts of Apple Cider (Fresh - can be found in grocery store deli, especially during fall
1 1/3 Cranberry Juice
1/3 cup of sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoon of William Sonoma Mulling spices
1 whole orange cut in half
Captain Morgan Spiced Rum (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (squeeze orange halves and drop into mixture), heat thoroughly, strain and serve


Place the mulling spices in a large tea infuser or wrap them in a square of cheesecloth and tie with a piece of kitchen twine.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the mulling spices with the cider. Bring to a simmer and simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes.
