1 cup water - warm (105 to 115)
1 pkg dry yeast
1 T sugar
1 1/2 t salt
2 T oil
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stir yeast into warm water until dissolved.

Add sugar, salt & oil. Stir until dissolved.

Add 1 1/2 cup sifted flour. Beat well.

Stir in an additional 1 1/2 cup flour (about). Turn out on a lightly floured board. Knead until smooth, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Form into a smooth ball. Place into a greased bowl. Brush top with oil. Cover & let rise in warm place for about 45 minutes or until double in bulk.

Punch down and shape into a loaf. Place in greased bread pan (9x5x3). Cover & let rise in warm place for an hour or until double in bulk.

Bake in a hot oven (400 degrees) for 35 minutes.
