Personal Notes:
Named when we served it to a friend who went home and prepared it for her mother. "This is delicious! What it is it?" asked her mother. "Ferguson Casserole," our friend answered. Ferguson Casserole is the most requested Birthday Dinner in our family and has led to heated discussions regarding, "Is it really Ferguson Casserole if you replace the pepperoni with low fat ham? Or add vegetables?" Please don't tell us if you alter it, but DON'T CALL IT FERGUSON CASSEROLE! It's simple, high in calories, fat, and salt, and it's delicious!
