½ cup flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
4 chicken breasts (bone in or not)
4 Tbsp butter
5 Tbsp flour
4 cups water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF and get ready casserole dish with cover. Prepare skillet on medium - high heat with melted butter. In a zip-locked bag, add first four ingredients and then shake chicken. Cook in skillet until light brown on both sides (4 minutes each side). Place in baking dish. In skillet, add butter and melt. Add flour and cook in the fat. Add the water and bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste and then pour over the chicken. Bake for 1 hour.
