1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
¾ cups heavy cream
1(8oz) pkg. cream cheese, at room temp.
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbs. grated lime zest
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup tequila

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
2. In separate large bowl, on medium-high speed, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. In food processor, pulse cream cheese, sweetened condensed mile, lime zest, lime juice, and tequila until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and fold in 1 cup of your whipped cream.
4. Put mixture into cupcake liners.
5. Evenly divide graham cracker mixture among the tops of treats. With back of spoon, gently press graham cracker mixture into each treat.
6. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
7. Use remaining whipped cream on the tops of each treat.
