1 # hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 oz. spaghetti, broken in 3 inch pieces
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
2-3 tsp. chili powder- more or less to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
15 oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3 cups tomato juice
4-8 oz. cheddar or Mexican blend cheese, shredded

In large deep skillet, fry hamburger, onions and garlic until meat is cooked through. Drain well. Add the rest of the ingredients (except cheese) to the hamb mixture.
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease a 13x9 inch pan and gently spoon Chiligetti into pan and cover with 1/2 cheese. Cover with foil and bake 65-70 minutes. Let sit for 10 more minutes out of oven before removing foil. Remove cover and stir. Check to make sure spaghetti is cooked and if too dry, more juice can be added. Add rest of cheese if desired and return to oven to melt cheese or serve cheese on side.
12 servings for 3-5 years : meets CACFP Meat, bread and one veg. requirement for lunch
6 servings for adults: 1 meat, 1 bread and 1.5 veg for lunch.
