1 30oz bag frozen shredded potatoes, thawed
1 bunch green onions, chopped
16oz sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
6 T butter, melted
2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
3/4 C crushed cornflakes

Directions:

Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine the potatoes and 1C of cheese. In small bowl, combine the green onion, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and melted butter. Mix together, add it to the potatoes and mix it all until combined. In small bowl, combine the remaining 1 C of shredded cheese and the crushed cornflakes. Spread the potato mixture in to the baking dish; top with the cornflake mixture. Bake for 45 min.
