2 swordfish steaks (sliced no more than 1-inch thick)
4 Tbsp. olive oil (reserve 1 Tbsp. for brushing grill rack)
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp. fresh sage, chopped fine
½ tsp. salt (or to taste)
¼ tsp. black pepper, freshly ground (or to taste)

Place the swordfish steaks in a zip-lock bag, leaving the bag unsealed. [Tip: You can use a plastic container instead of a bag if desired].
In a small bowl, combine 3 Tbsp. olive oil and the remaining ingredients to make a marinade mixture.
Pour the marinade into the bag with the fish, tossing the fish with fingers until fully coated.
Seal the bag, releasing as much air as possible.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Once the grill is searing hot, brush the grill rack with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
Grill the fish for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until the center of steaks are cooked through, and the fish flakes easily when forked.
