Stroganoff Crepes Recipe

Beat:
4 eggs
Add:
1⅓ C milk
2 TAB oil
1 C flour
½ Tsp salt

Cook 3 TAB in pan till light brown, set aside for filling.

Filling:
Fry:
1 lb. ground beef
½ C chopped onion
1 clove garlic,chopped
1 4oz. can mushrooms, drained

Stir in:
2 TAB flour until smooth

Add:
1 Tsp salt
¼ Tsp pepper
¼ Tsp paprika
1 10oz. can cr mushroom soup

Simmer for 10 minutes

Add:
1 C sour cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350º.

Spoon ¼ C meat mix into center of crepe, fold one edge over filling, then other.

Arrange seam side down in 13 x 9" pan.

Brush with melted butter, cover loosley with foil.

Bake 15-20 minutes.

Serve immediately, topped with remaining 1 C sour cream
