42oz box quaker oats
11 lbs pigheads/pork roasts


Boil pork until well done.
Grind up meat.

Use strained broth and add enough water to be 1/4 in big kettle.

Bring to boil and add enough "regular" oatmeal to thicken.

Add ground meat, season with salt & pepper to taste.

Put in loaf pans, cool.

When cooled, remove from pans, wrap and freeze.

When ready to eat, defrost, slice and fry until brown.

Serve with eggs and toast, etc.
