Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, boiled, deboned and chopped (save broth for sauce and to cook pasta)
½ stick butter
1 c. chopped mushrooms
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 c. reserved chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

¼ t. celery salt
8 oz angel hair pasta
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking pan. Cook pasta in broth. (Be sure you save out one cup of broth to add to sauce!). Drain pasta and put in bottom of prepared pan. Melt butter and sauté mushrooms and celery. Set aside. Combine 1 c. broth, sour cream, soup, cheddar cheese and spices in large bowl. Add chicken and sautéed veggies. Pour sauce mixture over the pasta, and top with Parmesan cheese. (Use a lot - makes it better than just a sprinkling.) Sprinkle a little paprika on top just for color. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly on edges.

NOTE: This is MUCH better if you make it one day ahead. This casserole freezes well, too.

A definite family favorite!
