2 sticks butter
8 tbs cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Bring butter to full boil in a largish saucepan. Remove from heat. Add cocoa and mix well. Add sugar, mix well. Add flour, mix well. Add eggs, mix well. Add salt and vanilla. Pour batter in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 22 mins
