Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
~1 tbsp all purpose flour
6 c. milk (any kind)
2 c. buffalo sauce (or less if you want it less spicy)
1 box pasta of choice
1 family size bag of precooked chicken OR 3 chicken breast
Parmesan cheese (to help thicken if needed or to top)

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350º. Once preheated, put chicken from bag into oven for 15 minutes or until hot. (If you’re using chicken breast- season breast slightly with salt and pepper and cook how you’d like- I recommend grilled) .
-In a large sauce pan, boil water and cook pasta of choice.

SAUCE:
In large skillet, melt the butter and then mix some flour to start a rue. Pour in the milk and whisk together with the flour mixture. Once it’s smooth, add the buffalo sauce. Whisk until it’s a singular color.
Next I usually add ~1/4 c. of parm (because I use skim milk-but anything higher will thicken nicely on its own). Let the sauce boil while whisking consistently. Once boiling, turn down heat slightly (best if it’s still high).

Once pasta is cooked: 1) cut up the chicken into bite size pieces. 2) in a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and sauce. 3) serve and eat :)
