8 oz. cream cheese at room temp
2 oz. smoked salmon (or more to taste)
capers
2 scallions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tsp. lemon zest plus 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Everything bagel mix (sesame, poppy, onion, garlic, salt, pepper)

Crackers or pumpernickel toasts

Let cream cheese come to room temperature
Chop scallions and dill
Mix all ingredients and fold into the cream cheese

Form into 2 balls, wrap in plastic

Freeze until firm about 30 minutes

In small bowl mix seeds and dried onion

Roll cheese balls in seed mixture

Serve with toasts (pumpernickel or other)
