small amount of flour
1 c cheese
Dash salt and pepper
Dash nutmeg
3 - 4 eggs
lemon rind

Mix all ingredients

Add water if too dry

use a meat grinder and /or shape into a worm and drop in the soup.
freeze individually on a baking sheet
