Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix, as directed on box
1 small box vanilla instant pudding, dry mix only

Center Filling:
1 small box vanilla instant pudding, as directed on box
1 cup cool whip, thawed

Icing:
USE HERSHEY'S COCOA ICING RECIPE

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Cake:
Prepare cake as directed on box, add small box vanilla instant pudding (dry mix). Beat with mixer. Pour mixture in 2 - 8" round cake pans. Bake as directed. Let cool. While the cake is cooling make the Hershey Cocoa Icing and then refrigerate.

*When cool, cut the 8" cake horizontally in half to make a top and bottom. (You can make 2 cakes OR freeze the other one) ***If you use 9" cake pan then you will need both for the layers.

Center:
Mix 1 small box vanilla instant pudding by directions. Let pudding set up before adding in cool whip.

Once filling center is set up, then spread filling over bottom half of cake. Then position top later of cake over filling. Pour (or spread) the Hershey Cocoa icing over top layer of cake.
