1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 Tablespoons honey
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup flour
1 cup Post Grape-Nuts Cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. Cream the softened butter and sugar in large bowl of mixer until smooth. Add honey, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add baking soda, rolled oats, flour and cereal. Combine until just mixed. Drop by tablespoonfuls of dough, 2" apart, onto a parchment lines or greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown.Cool 2-3 minutes on baking sheet, then remove cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
