2 slices - bacon, cut into 1" pieces
1½ lbs. - boneless, skinless chicken thighs
½ cup - onion, finely chopped
½ cup - celery, finely chopped
8 oz - sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. - worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. - salt
¼ tsp. - pepper
½ tsp. - dried sage
1 cup - white rice
½ cup - long grain wild rice
4 cups - chicken broth

Directions:

Cook bacon until crispy.

Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of the crock pot and add in chicken thighs. Cover the chicken with bacon, onions, celery, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and sage. Pour rice and broth over the mixture. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until rice is tender. Uncover and let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
