3 medium Idaho potatoes
1½ tsps. olive oil
1¼ tsps. seasoned salt
¾ tsp. dried rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Dice potatoes into ¾" to 1" cubes. In mixing bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt, dried rosemary. Bake 425ºF for 35 - 45 minutes, flipping potatoes occasionally. Serve hot or refrigerate up to 2 days.
