1 stick butter
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter in microwave then pour into mixing bowl. Stir in the cocoa powder. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk. Add vanilla. Making sure you have scrapped bottom and sides of mixer bowl. Makes enough frosting for 9-13" cake or two-layer cake.
