1 cup softened butter
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
2 ¼ cup flour
¾ cup finely chopped nuts,

Snowball cookies (better)
16 tbsp butter
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp salt
3/4 c almond flour
2 1/4 c APF

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, vanilla and salt on low speed, blend one minute
Gradually add flour
Sir in nuts

Roll dough into 1 inch balls, bake

Bake 350, 8-10 minutes, makes 4 dozen


While warm, roll in powdered sugar, may reroll before serving

Snowball
Preheat to 325
Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, almond and salt
Beat in almond flour then
Beat in APF
Add nuts
Roll into 1” balls
Bake 15-20 minutes
Cool a few minutes
Roll in powdered sugar and transfer to a rack
Once cool, reroll in sugar
