1 lb. almond paste
1 lb. pignoli
1 cup sugar
4 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sugar and paste together. Whip egg whites and add; roll in nuts.
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour up to 24

Use small cookie scoop and Form a 1 in. ball. Spray hands with cooking spray and roll ball roll in nuts.

Flatten and shape if desired

Make small because they grow

Bake 350 12-15minutes
