Pudding Ingredients:

1 Cup Suet ground
1 Cup Molasses
1 cup buttermilk
1 Tsp soda in buttermilk
1/2 Tsp each of cloves, cinnamon & nutmeg
2 Cups of raisins ground
1 Cup dates ground
2 Cups Flour

Brown Sugar Sauce:

1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
3/4 stick Margarine
1 TSP Vanilla

Cook until thick



Directions:
Directions:
Grind raisins, suet and dates
Add molasses and dry ingredients
Mix to consistancy of cookie dough
Place in bowl cover with wax paper and place in steamer for 3 hours
