2 cup rice (cooked and cold is best)

1 tbsp minced ginger
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 large beaten egg
1/4 cup toasted nuts

1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup peas
1/4 cup chopped scallions

1 tbsp neutral oil

Have all ingredients prepped and bowls near the pan

In 1 tsp oil, beat egg, fry like a pancake for 30 seconds, flip for 5 seconds, remove and slice in strips

Using a hot pan or wok, remove from heat and add oil, ginger, garlic, red pepper
Great for 10 seconds the. Cook carrots for 30 seconds to a minute before adding peas and corn
Add 1 tbsp oil, rice and scallions, season with salt and pepper and cook8ng, stirr8ng for 2 minutes

Add soy, stir, and then eggs and nuts
