Fresh Pesto Sauce

2 Cups Fresh Basil
1/3 Cup pine nuts (can use walnuts or other type nut)
1/3 Cup olive oil
8 garlic cloves

1 Cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a food processor, slowly add olive oil until you get a nice smooth sauce.

If using immediately, add the Parmesan

If Freezing, hold the Parmesan until you thaw and warm up.

At the end of summer, we pick the Basil and make batches to freeze. We have frozen this in cup size portions and used throughout the winter.
