Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. stew meat
2 Tbsp. flour
1 - 10 ¾ oz. can beef consommé soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. red wine
I add Penzey’s Mural of Flavor
Minced onion
Roasted garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above. Add the following. As much and as many as you want: chopped onion, sliced potatoes, sliced carrots, and chopped celery. Mix in a small roaster. Bake at 325º for 2 hours. Be sure to cover. This is the best stew I have tried. It is very tender and thick. NOTE: I like to use more potatoes and less celery.
