4 chicken breasts (½ inch thick)
4-5 strips of bacon
½ tsp. McCormick Season All
½-1 can of sliced mushrooms (drained)
2-3 c. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
Honey Mustard sauce/dressing

Honey Mustard Sauce:
If you don't have Honey Mustard, you can make your own.
½ c. mustard
¼ c. honey
¼ c. mayonnaise
⅛-¼ c. corn syrup
Blend these ingredients until smooth.

Sprinkle Season All on chicken and marinate for 1 hour. Fry the bacon crisp. Saute chicken on medium heat with a small amount of oil. After chicken is cooked, spread the honey mustard on the chicken, cover with a layer of mushrooms and bacon and then sprinkle with cheese. Place in heated oven at 350º until the cheese melts. Serve honey mustard on the side.
