1/2 package (8-ounce) creamette Acini di Pepe uncooked
1 egg
1 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 (151/4 ounce) can fruit crushed pineapple,drained and reserve
1 (16 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 cup miniature marshallows
1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped

Directions:

cook cremette as package directs;drain. In a heavy saucepan, beat egg with wire wisk until foamy. Stir in sugar,flour,salt and reserved pineapple juice. Over low heat,stir and cook until thickened and bubbly. In large bowl combine pasta with egg mixture. chill thoroughly,about 1 hour. Stir in pineapple, fruit cocktail and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. Cover, chill thoroughy. Stir before serving Refrigerate leftovrs.
