1 cup sugar
⅓ cup butter
½ cup flour - sometimes more
Dash of almond flavoring
Cream together butter and sugar. Add flour and flavoring. Place ½ of mixture in unbaked pie shell. Peel and slice 6 -8 peaches. Place cut side up in pie shell. Cover with remaining sugar mixture.

Bake 40 - 45 minutes at 350. Delicious served warm and topped with ice cream!
