2 rotisserie chicken, white meat only cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 block shredded Mozzarella & Monterrey Jack cheese
1 box chicken flavored Stove top stuffing
½ stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

1. Spray cooling oil in glass baking dish. Cut up cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken. (white meat only)

2. Spread can of cream of chicken soup over chicken.

3, Sprinkle on shredded cheese. Can use the whole block or less if desired. (You can also use any kind of cheese.

4. Dump out an entire box of chicken flavored stove top stuffing and spread evenly over the shredded cheese. Melt butter and drizzle over the stuffing.

5, Bake for 25 minutes or until it starts to get brown and crunchy on top.


**NOTE: You can add frozen veggies if you want! Make that your first layer, then chicken, soup, cheese, etc.
