4 large peaches
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
¾ cup cream
3 tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peaches into shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over peaches. Bake 10 minutes at 400. Reduce heat to 350 and bake until set. You may cut down on the sugar if peaches are sweet.
