1/2 c. Bisquick (OR, alternatively, you can use 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 t. baking powder, ¼ t. salt and ½ Tbsp. oil or melted butter)
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut,flaked
1 t. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9" buttered pie pan. Like magic, it layers itself into a crust, custard, and coconut topping. Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes until custard sets.
