Personal Notes:
We were touring the Hills with Gene and Cindy when we saw the Purple Pie Palace in Hill City. Never ones to turn down the opportunity for some pie we stopped. Bumbleberry was one of the options. As soon as we returned from our trip I started researching the recipe. Perfect when you have a little of this and a bit of that. We have lots of different berries around our cabin, so I just add what is available.
