1/2 lb ground beef and 1/2 lb ground lamb
1/2 grated small onion
1 grated garlic clove
1/2 cup breadcrumbs and water
2 Tblsp each chopped parsley and mint
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp hot smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground sumac
1/8 tsp ground allspice
few grinds of pepper

Directions:

Mix all the dry ingredients until just combined. Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs (about 20).

Cook in 2 tablespoons olive oil in a nonstick skittlet over medium heat, turning, until browned and cooked through, 12 minutes. Top with chopped mint


Serve with:
Labneh dip
Mix 3/4 cup labneh (yogurt cheese) with 1 teaspoon lemon juice; season with salt. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sumac.
