Ingredients:  
1 Cup sour cream
1 Cup mayo
1 envelope buttermilk ranch dressing
1 lb ground chuck
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 Cup water
1 head lettuce, broken up
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 Cup sliced celery (or olives)
1 ½ Cup shredded cheddar
½ package chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend sour cream, mayo and ranch dressing mix. Cover and refridgerate for 30 minutes.
2. Brown beef over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Drain and stir in taco seasoning and water. Cook over high until boiling. Remove from heat
3. Combine all ingredients in salad bowl. Toss to mix. Serve immediately with chilled dressing
