3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (roughly 6 medium sweet potatoes)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, melted
Cinnamon to taste
Raisins to desired amount

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar packed (dark or light is fine)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes, when done, peel off the skin and discard; mash sweet potatoes. Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter thoroughly. Pour into a buttered 1-quart casserole. Mix all the topping ingredients together with a fork. Sprinkle the topping crumbs on top of the casserole. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
