6 bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c sugar
4 cans evaporated milk
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients and put in cylinder of the ice cream freezer.
Add milk to bring it up to the fill line.
Freeze according to your ice cream maker’s instructions.

You can adjust the recipe to suit your taste as well! In the past I have used more evaporated milk but I have never used less than 4.
