2 2 uncooked macaroni
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2 ½ c milk
1 ½ c shredded cheddar cheese (I prefer to use the medium cheddar block cheese and shred it myself. It seems to make it more creamy than using the pre-shredded cheese)
½ c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni, set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the margarine, stirring in the flour, mustard and salt.
Gradually add in the milk and cook until thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon. Remove from heat.
Stir in 1 ½ cups of cheese until melted.
Put in greased 9X13 dish or individual ramekins and top with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350.
