1 c margarine, softened
1 c vegetable oil
2 c granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ tbsp almond extract
2 tsp butter extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 c all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine margarine, oil, sugar and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Add extracts, mix well.
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl slowly. Blend.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until bottoms start to brown.
