1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c green onions
1/2 c chopped bell peppers
1 c chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of cheddar cheese soup
1 c raw rice, cooked
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables.
Saute in margarine until soft.
Add shrimp, cook until pink, stirring often.
Add soups, seasoning and rice.
Pour in 9 X 13 pan.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 350.
Uncover, then cook for an additional 10 minutes.
