1 cup of butter
2 cups of flour
2 Tbsp. of sugar
6 cups of chopped rhubarb
6 egg yolks (save the egg whites)
2 cups of sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
½ tsp. salt
1 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combing butter, flour, and sugar and press into a 9 inch by 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes on 350.
2. Stir remaining ingredients together and spread over the baked crust.
3. Whip the egg whites until stiff. While beating the whites, add 4 Tbsp. of sugar.
4. Spread over the filling.
5. Bake on 350 for about 10 minutes or until the meringue is browned.
