1 Package large peeled & deveined cooked shrimp, thaw
4 Large avocados, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 green onions, diced (whites and greens)
2 cloves garlic, pressed
6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
juice of 2 limes
1 bunch of chopped cilantro, (optional)

Directions:

Gently mix together all ingredients and let marinate for several hours in refrigerator.
