Directions:
Prepare everything ahead.
This will burn if the heat is too high
or it takes you too long to assemble each ToadInAHole.
Saute chopped veggies together in butter or pig oil,
Whisk enough eggs for 1-per-serving,
and season with Tony's & Worcestershire.
Cut the center out of your stack of sliced bread (carefully!)
and set aside.

On a buttered or greased iron griddle pan,
place bread 'holes' side by side.
Fill each hole with sauteed veggies.
Pour egg into each hole.
Mound with shredded cheese.
Butter the reserved centers & cover the hole, butter side up.

As soon as the egg has 'set', flip the ToadInAHole over to the buttered side.
In only a few minutes, lift to serving plate with a large spatula.
Serve with a side of Country Fried Red Potatoes and strips of crisp bacon.
