1¼ finely crushed Nilla Wafers
1/4 c. butter, melted

1 - 8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. thawed Cool Whip

2 c. mixed berries, strawberries, blueberries, & raspberries
1 small pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. ice cubes

Directions:

Mix wafer crumbs and butter in small bowl until well blended. Press onto bottom and up side of 9" tart pan. Place in freezer while preparing filling. (You can use a 9" pie pan.)

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Arrange berries over cream cheese filling. Cover and refrigerate.

Stir boiling water into Jello mix in medium bowl 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until ice is melted. Refrigerate about 15 min. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Spoon Jello over fruit in the pan. Refrigerate at least 2 to 3 hours.
